How it works
Your visit, in three steps
- Before the session You book your slot online, then fill in the health questionnaire at home. I read it before you come. 5 to 20 min at home
- During the session Chinese pulse taking, tongue reading, syndrome differentiation, then your first treatments: acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion. 60 min at the practice
- After the session You leave with a personalised treatment plan, lifestyle advice and your invoice. Follow-up is then set at the pace that suits you. Payment on site

Frequently asked questions
It’s my first visit: which session should I choose?
The first session (the acupuncture assessment) is the required starting point: one hour to establish the TCM diagnosis and begin treatment. Follow-up sessions are for patients who have already had this assessment.
Do I need a prescription?
No, no prescription is needed. You book directly online and receive an immediate email confirmation, with your health questionnaire to fill in before you come.
How do I pay?
At the practice, at the end of the session: bank card, Juice, bank transfer or cash. An invoice is issued for every consultation. Nothing is charged when you book.
Can I claim my sessions on my health insurance?
You receive a detailed invoice for every session. Whether acupuncture is covered depends entirely on your own policy — check with your insurer before your visit; the practice cannot guarantee any reimbursement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Let us know at least 24 h in advance, using the link in your confirmation email or by WhatsApp. The slot is then freed up for someone else.
Where do I park, and how far is it from Grand Baie?
The practice is in Petit Raffray, about 10 minutes by car from the centre of Grand Baie, towards Goodlands. Free parking is available right in front of the practice.
Are consultations available in English?
Yes, consultations are held in French or in English, whichever you prefer.
