Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the consultation and assessment services offered by Antoine Menguy through the antoinemenguy.com website and at Cabinet Endémika.

2. Services offered

  • Acupuncture and TCM consultations at the practice
  • Online Chinese herbal medicine assessment (coming soon)
  • Online Complete Ba Zi Reading: a written reading of more than 40 pages and 7 days of private exchange with Antoine in the client-area chat.

3. Prices

Prices for in-practice consultations are communicated at the time of booking. The online herbal medicine assessment is not yet open for booking: its price and payment terms will be set out in these terms when it opens.

Complete Ba Zi Reading: MUR 4,500 or €85, chosen at the time of payment and charged in that currency with no conversion on our side; made available within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Payment methods

At the practice: bank card (MIPS), Juice, cash or bank transfer.
Online: secure payment via MIPS (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MCB, SBM cards). The Complete Ba Zi Reading is ordered and paid for at www.antoinemenguy.com/espace.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Any cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours before the appointment. Beyond that, the consultation may be charged. For the online herbal medicine assessment, a refund is possible before the completed health questionnaire has been submitted.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services already started with the client’s agreement (questionnaire submitted, consultation carried out).

The Complete Ba Zi Reading is personalised digital content, prepared as soon as it is ordered: the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the reading has been delivered. It comes with a 14-day satisfaction-or-money-back guarantee.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during consultations is strictly confidential and covered by professional secrecy. See also our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer

TCM consultations and Chinese herbal medicine are complementary approaches and do not replace conventional medical care.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Mauritius. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
