Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the consultation and assessment services offered by Antoine Menguy through the antoinemenguy.com website and at Cabinet Endémika.
2. Services offered
- TCM and physiotherapy consultations at the cabinet
- Online Chinese herbal medicine assessment (€49)
- Online Ba Zi analysis via Endémika Bazi
3. Prices
Prices for in-practice consultations are communicated at the time of booking. The online herbal medicine assessment is charged €49 incl. tax, collected through the MIPS platform at the time of ordering.
4. Payment methods
At the cabinet: bank card (MIPS), cash or bank transfer.
Online: secure payment via MIPS (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, MCB, SBM cards).
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours before the appointment. Beyond that, the consultation may be charged. For online assessments, a refund is possible before the completed health questionnaire has been submitted.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services already started with the client's agreement (questionnaire submitted, consultation carried out).
7. Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations is strictly confidential and covered by professional secrecy. See also our privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer
TCM consultations and Chinese herbal medicine are complementary approaches and do not replace conventional medical care.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Mauritius. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
